After assessing your facility, we will identify the most appropriate works to enable the safe handover for new fitting-out or as part of a dilapidations process. This can range from cleaning and/or removal of fixtures and services to a partial or full strip-out. We will work with your team to devise and execute a decontamination plan which ensures the safe delivery of the project to time and within budget.
