AVER can undertake all the site clearance works to help prepare facilities for new tenants and/or change of use.
We will determine what wastes and hazardous materials are present from discarded debris together with contamination that lies in extract systems and services in the facility. Clearance of external areas may expose unidentified hazardous materials and wastes which will then be included for removal in the clearance works. AVER is a lower tier waste carrier (reg no. CBDL28717).
We undertake site clearance as a single operation by decontaminating the facility and identifying, recovering and disposing of the wastes and debris. Inventories will be maintained of the materials recovered with an appropriate re-use, recycling or disposal option.
This approach has been found to be most effective in the turnaround of industrial and commercial properties including science parks, laboratories and industrial estates.
